All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Credit Card orders typically ship within 0-5 business days (unless your items are out of stock).

We do ask that you wait a full 7-14 business days in case there are any delays at the post office or warehouse. Delays are very rare and most packages arrive in 3-5 business days.

You can track your order at any time via the USPS website. You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number, or you can find it in the My Account section of the website.

Please keep in mind that USPS does not deliver on Sundays or Holidays. 

Out of Stock Items
99% of our orders are shipped on time.  However, sometimes an item is out of stock, and we must wait to obtain the product from our wholesaler.  When this happens, we will ship your order as soon as we obtain your items.  Also, our prices are so low because we utilize just in time inventory for most of our products. Which means you may end up getting charged even though we are unable to fulfill the order. Please feel free to contact us before placing an order to verify whether product is in stock or not.

New Customers:

Due to FDA Regulations we are now required to verify the age of  all new customers before we can ship. Please contact our Customer Service Department for more details. If you are NOT a new customer and can not log in to your old account please call us before creating a new one or your order will be delayed as a new customer. 

We do not begin to process your order until we actually receive the ID during normal business hours.
